  7. Cancel Request: This is the stage where you have submitted a request to cancel your booking.
  8. Cancel Replied: The customer support team has replied to your cancellation request and provided you with the necessary information.
  9. Cancel Confirmation by client: You have confirmed the cancellation and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  10. Canceled: The booking has been canceled.
  11. Refund Request: This is the stage where you have submitted a request for a refund.
  12. Refund Replied: The customer support team has replied to your refund request and provided you with the necessary information.
  13. Refund Confirmation by client: You have confirmed the refund and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  14. Refund waiting from vendor/Airlines: The refund request has been sent to the vendor/airline and we are waiting for their response.
  15. Refunded: The refund has been processed and the amount has been credited to your account.
  16. Void Request: This is the stage where you have submitted a request to void your ticket.
  17. Void Replied: The customer support team has replied to your void request and provided you with the necessary information.
  18. Void Confirmation by client: You have confirmed the void and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  19. Void waiting from vendor/Airlines: The void request has been sent to the vendor/airline and we are waiting for their response.
  20. Voided: The ticket has been voided and the refund process, if applicable, has been initiated.
  21. Re-Issue Request: This is the stage where you have submitted a request for a re-issue of your ticket.
  22. Re-Issue Replied: The customer support team has replied to your re-issue request and provided you with the necessary information.
  23. Re-Issue Confirmation by client: You have confirmed the re-issue and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  24. Re-Issue waiting from vendor/Airlines: The re-issue request has been sent to the vendor/airline and we are waiting for their response.
  25. Re-Issued: The re-issue process has been completed and a new ticket has been issued.
  26. Split Request: This is the stage where you have submitted a request to split a booking into multiple reservations.
  27. Splitted Booking: The booking has been successfully split into multiple reservations as per your request.
  28. Flown: This status indicates that the flight has been completed and the passengers have boarded and flown on the flight. This status is typically updated after the flight has taken off and landed at its destination. This status is helpful in tracking the flight status and notifying any updates related to the flight.
