You are correct that not everyone can void a ticket, there are certain requirements and limitations that must be met before a ticket can be voided.

• The void request must be submitted within the same day as the ticket was issued and before 11:59 PM of the issue date.
• The flying time of the ticket must be more than 24 hours from the time the void request is submitted.
• Bahaza will accept the void request a minimum of 1 hour before the VOID Expire Time. That mean same day 11:00 PM and more than 25 hour to Depart the flight. 
• Before voiding the ticket, Bahaza may verify with the end customer for security reasons.

The process for voiding a ticket is similar to the process for requesting a refund as stated before, which includes submitting a request, receiving a reply, confirmation, waiting for the vendor/airlines to approve and finally void the ticket.

Once the ticket is voided, the fare and taxes associated with it will be credited to the account on the same day/Airlines policy's. It's important to note that some airlines may have their own void policies and process which may vary from the one mentioned here and some tickets may not be eligible for void.

• VOID Request: The agency or client contacts Bahaza customer support and requests a void for the ticket, providing the reason for the void and any relevant information.
• VOID Replied: Bahaza customer support reviews the void request and sends a reply to the agency or client with the void policy and the expected outcome.
• VOID Confirmation by client: The agency or client reviews the reply and confirms or rejects the terms and conditions provided by Bahaza.
• VOID waiting from vendor/Airlines: After receiving confirmation, Bahaza sends the void request to the vendor or airline, and the process of waiting for a reply and outcome starts. It may take up to 30 working days to receive the outcome from the airline.
• VOIDED: Once the void request is confirmed and amount credited by the vendor or airline, Bahaza voids the ticket and the fare and taxes associated with it.

It's important to note that the void process and time can vary depending on the airline and the type of ticket purchased. It's always best to check the void policy of the airline before purchasing a ticket, and to understand the conditions under which a void can be requested. Additionally, some airlines may have their own void process, which may take longer. Also, some tickets may not be eligible for void.
